Canis Major

this constellaton was discovered by  the roman astronomus Ptolemy, in the 2nd century, this was included in the collection of 48 constellations that he discovered. His name is in latin, traduced in english is  "greater dog". This constellation contains the brightest star in the sky named Sirius.
